News: We have processed all the novels! Our entry period is over for 2010. We are now putting the novels, reformatted and stripped of identifying information, before the preliminary panel. You can now view all the titles of all the entries in all grade levels. Congratulations to everyone who submitted! Click here to see all titles. With larger monetary prizes ($100 for first place in each category) and critiques from literary agents in NYC and LA for the top three in each category, we're looking forward to another great Bash. We have confirmed Sara Gruen (Water for Elephants) and Holly Black (Spiderwick Chronicles) as judges. Join Book Arts Bash on Facebook for updates and community. We are happy to announce our sponsors, Classical Academic Press, publishers of the popular Latin for Children series, and Evan-Moor Publishers, who bring you the enormously helpful site, Teacher FileBox. We also thank Dreambox.com, an online learning adventure for early elementary math, and our newest sponsor, Mom Agenda, a great source for organizers.

We put homeschooled students' best work on the desks of literary agents, best-selling authors, and other industry professionals, to encourage young writers and connect great minds. Our first Book Arts Bash happened in fall of 2008. You can visit the contest site here to view the winners and take a look at our impressive list of judges.
